Dialect has completed and rolled out an IVR bill payment solution across a number of business units, to improve cash-flows and account receivables costs. Even in a mainframe environment which is difficult to modify, Dialect ensures a smooth integration by tailoring the data delivery and file formats to minimise impacts within the client systems.
Dialect has further assisted its media clients by rolling out a secure IP based payment solution to facilitate payments for web-based content. This has streamlined a number of manual payment processes and is supporting the client through some major infrastructure upgrades.
