The Executive Team
Dialect’s Chief Executive Officer has over three decades experience in the ICT industry in Asia Pacific and American markets. He’s passionate in his belief that quick and efficient payment is mission-critical to overall business process.
"Financial Institutions and their merchants need technology and processing services that address the requirements of survival in the global electronic market place. They must encompass global currencies, standards and security requirements. The platforms that provide these services must integrate to the core business infrastructure of our customers enterprise” affirms Col.
Col says Dialect builds platforms to address robust and pragmatic processing anywhere in the world. “We ensure clients easily adopt new and transformative payment mechanisms.” Col sees all these elements as central to the way Dialect builds and deploys solutions. “Dialect’s platform gives clients much greater cost efficiencies with robust leading edge functionality.”
He’s confident it's the reason Dialect solutions are chosen by some of the biggest Financial Institutions and merchants in the world.
Dialect’s Chairman has been involved in the financial services industry for nearly two decades and holds directorships in finance related and emerging technology organisations in Australia and overseas.
For the past five years Joe has been an Executive Director of Queensland Press Pty Ltd, an associated company of News Corporation. This role encompassed the acquisition, management and disposal of non-media related investments that include Financial Services, Telecommunications Software and Infrastructure, Financial Software, Interactive Services, Payment Technology, Investment Banking, Person-to-Person Marketplaces and IT Services. Warren Shaw
Dialect’s VP Payment Technologies began his background in large and complex IT projects in the early 80's with IBM. He continued through the nineties with international software companies and focused on business process re-engineering in supply chain management and financial administration.
It positioned him when he joined Dialect in 1999 to focus on new generation payment processing initiatives. "Traditional suppliers of payment technologies often sell point solutions without any real understanding of the impact on overall corporate productivity and revenue. We believe corporations want to address the entire spectrum of payments administration, including leveraging new technologies such as mobile and micro payments."
Warren believes this is the Dialect difference. “Our customers know the value of an interactive corporate payments solution and what it does to their bottom line. That's because we work closely with them to re-engineer their payment systems and processes. We not only reduce administration costs but increase sales revenues through highly innovative interactive payments with their customers. "
